Hi Mark,
Just a word to say we are are back and just settling in & thinking of Negombo after seeing a TV show "Rick Styne" an Englishman and a sea food fanatical chef who was in Negombo a few months ago.
If you are not sure who I am, this is Mike & Pam from room 10 and 23 who were there during Easter 2010.
How are your family keeping & is Shantha still working for you.
Please keep in touch & we'll use your Guest house when we come back to SLK again.

My partner Jill and i have made many visits to Sri Lanka including a one-year working visit and stayed in dozens of hotels and cheaper guest houses. Ocean View is clearly the best value we have experienced. Highly recommended.

Hi Mark,It was great meeting you & Shantha & other staff at "Ocean View" We felt very homely at your place. The rooms are very reasonably priced; clean & tidy. Shantha's breakfast was great! We have no hesitation to stay at your place when we visit "Island Paradise" again. Stayed here twice. Really friendly and helpful staff. Location could be better, there seems to be more going on further up the road.Thank you every one. Highly recommend.

Clean and tidy, the owner is a very good chap.
Helpfull and good when it comes to trips out. Has his own crew of selected driver who are also very helpfull , I stayed in Dec 2009 and feel sure i will be back in the near future as 10days was not enough to see this wonderfull place.

Very nice staff and owner, nice for couples. Little boring if looking to party. Butt extremely nice and clean place to stay defintely to recommend!!!
